At Teadog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tea selection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure that the tea packaging remains sealed and in its original condition, as we cannot accept returns on opened food items for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
